The building consist of following :-

1. Basement car park can accommodate 20 cars (as per the municipality approval) however
2. Ground floor car park can accommodate 7 cars (as per the municipality approval). In addition, front and side areas adjacent to the two roads are capable of allocating in excess of 20 cars.
3. Ground floor as per municipality approval can accommodate a showroom and can be utilized as a hospital reception plus other hospital requirements (eg waiting rooms, examination rooms, pharmacy, labs, administration offices…. etc) Size 460 SQM.
4. Mezzanine floor, open hall that can be utilized and partitioned subject to the hospital requirements size 326 SQM. This can be extended up to 460 SQM.
